GutRecover's lead program, GR-101 — a defined consortium of purified, clonally-banked Clostridia — is progressing through IND-enabling studies ahead of the planned RESTORe-101 Phase 1 study. Trial registration is filed at IND.

GutRecover is finalising its Casablanca research and early-manufacturing hub, providing characterisation and scale-up infrastructure aligned to FDA CMC expectations for live biotherapeutic products, with operational readiness targeted for late 2026.

GutRecover's second program, GR-201, pairs butyrate-producing commensals with Treg-inducing Clostridia for ulcerative colitis. The program is in preclinical development, with IND preparation underway and a first-in-human study anticipated in 2027.

GutRecover's scientific team is preparing manuscripts describing a reproducible strain-characterisation and consortium-selection workflow for defined live biotherapeutics. Both are currently in preparation.
